FFA stands for *Footy For All*. We’re a UK-based community that organises structured football sessions for players of all skill levels. Our goal is to make the game more accessible, consistent, and enjoyable — whether you're playing for fitness, fun, or competition.

 

Where do FFA sessions take place?

Sessions currently run in Leicester. Locations vary, and full details are shared with participants once they book.

 

Who can take part in FFA sessions?

FFA sessions are open to players aged 16 and up. All skill levels are welcome — whether you're just getting started or already play competitively.

 

Do I need to try out or be selected to join?

No try outs or selections are required. Just book your slot, show up, and play.

 

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes — many of our sessions are recorded and uploaded to YouTube. Players can rewatch their games, review performance, and enjoy the highlights.

Payments & Booking

How do I book a session?

What’s the cost to attend?

Session prices vary depending on the day and type, typically ranging from £3.50 to £5. Tournaments and special events may be priced differently.

Can I pay outside the website?

If you’re unable to book online, please get in touch with us directly to arrange alternative payment. Note: we generally do not accept cash payments.

 

Are refunds available?

Refunds are not guaranteed. However, if you let us know in advance that you can’t make a session, we may be able to move your booking to a future date.

Sessions & Format

What types of sessions do you offer?

FFA runs a variety of sessions including competitive games, structured team matches, training drills, and tournaments. All are overseen by session leads.

 

How are teams decided?

Teams are created based on skill levels to maintain competitive balance. We consider past attendance, performance, and feedback when forming teams.

 

Do you provide referees?

Some sessions are self-managed by players and hosts, while others may have official referees depending on the format.

 

Is equipment provided?

Yes — bibs, balls, cones, and goals are provided. Players should bring appropriate footwear and water.

FFA Women

Is there a women’s section at FFA?

Yes! FFA Women is launching with weekly football and volleyball sessions, aimed at building a welcoming, fitness-focused community.

 

How much do sessions cost?

Pricing will vary depending on the session type and membership tier. Pay-as-you-go options will be available, with tiered plans offering added benefits such as fitness goals, nutrition plans, and challenges.

 

Can I try before committing?

Yes — we’re running taster sessions so women can try it out before joining regularly.

Ecclesia League

What is the Ecclesia League?

The Ecclesia League is a 7-a-side football competition run by FFA for church-based teams. It promotes community, sportsmanship, and fellowship through football.

 

Who can enter a team?

Churches are invited to enter teams. Priority is given to church members, but friends of members may also take part.
